Terms and Conditions
1. Any Puppy purchased from us has been checked by our vet and has been determined that your new dog is in good health with any irregularities listed on the vet report or disclosed.
2. The price of the puppy is agreed upon prior to deposit and is not negotiable after this point.
3. Your new Puppy has received their first vaccination (minimum) by our vet and is microchipped with the paperwork included in your puppy pack.
4. All future vaccinations must be arranged by yourself and at your own expense. You agree to keep your new pet fully vaccinated.
5. We suggest within 72 hours to take your new puppy to the vet of your choice to have a dog health check-up completed at your own expense.
6. All of our Puppies are sold as pets, not for showing, agility or breeding. Our vet recommends that all dogs are desexed at approx. 6 months old or advised by your vet at your own expense.
7. As the owner of a new Puppy you agree to provide a life-long commitment, comfortable environment, prompt medical attention, adequate exercise, proper grooming and responsible care.
8. This commitment includes never allowing your new pet to roam freely without proper fencing or supervision.
9. We take take no responsibility for injuries to any puppies/dog once they leave our home to their new families or on any third-party transport.
10. In purchasing a Puppy, you agree to follow local council registration laws and re responsible for all financial responsibilities of your new pet.
11. All of our Puppies leave our care healthy to the eye with a heath check from the vet from 6 weeks onwards. The puppy has been wormed, and flea and tick treatment prior to leaving our care.
12. The welfare and health are the buyer’s responsibility once the puppy leaves our care, including all vaccinations, worming, flea and tick treatments and any medical expenses. This includes issues such as hypoglycemia (fluctuations in blood sugar which can occur in small breed puppies), coccidia, giardia or any condition that can be corrected by surgery or treated with medication.
13. If we have arranged any form of transport either by road or air, we take no responsibility for the safety or wellbeing of your new dog whilst in transit with the third party.
14.We strongly recommend that you consider pet insurance for your new puppy, the cost of which is the responsibility of the owner to bear.
15.It is your responsibility as the new owner of dog from the moment you purchase your new dog to take good care of dog as stated above.
18.We cannot be held response for your puppy/dog eating any object or toxic plant that may lead to serious health issues from initial interaction to further health consequences in the future. It is your responsibility to ensure that puppy’s environment is safe and secure and that you are aware of the dangers that could cause.
